Single-Session Therapy

Single-Session Therapy (adults 18+) is a brief, solution-focused approach to mental health support. In a single session, we focus on your current concerns and work to develop practical coping strategies so that you feel more equipped to manage stress, anxiety, or everyday challenges. Many clients leave a single session feeling grounded, relieved, and clear about their next steps.

This type of brief therapy is ideal for those seeking immediate guidance or targeted support without committing to ongoing sessions.

Please note: Single-Session Therapy is not suitable for severe mental illness or psychosis, active crises, complex trauma, or situations that require long-term exploration of patterns and underlying causes
