About Me
I enjoy being with people, walking alongside them as they navigate times when life feels overwhelming. Emotions can be difficult to manage, and many people feel alone or unsure how to talk about what’s going on in their minds when they’re going through hard times. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported.
I have over 20 years of experience in social services, having worked in mental health care, group homes, end-of-life and palliative care, grief support, and with seniors. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with my Master of Social Work (MSW). I am licensed to practice in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
I believe strongly in lifelong learning and have completed certifications in multiple therapeutic approaches. My goal is to walk alongside clients with compassion and respect, helping them develop coping strategies and find meaning, balance, and resilience in their lives.
