Christian Counselling

For many people, faith is an important part of who they are and how they make sense of life. If you would like your Christian faith to be part of your therapy, I offer Christian counselling that brings your faith and values into the therapy process.

Christian counselling is entirely optional. You do not need to be Christian to work with me and faith does not need to be part of our sessions unless you would like it to be.

About Christian Counselling

You may be looking for a therapist who understands the role your Christian faith plays in your life. Perhaps your faith is a source of strength or you're wrestling with difficult questions about God's presence during hard times. Maybe you simply feel more comfortable speaking with someone who understands your beliefs.

You may find Christian Counselling helpful if you’re:

  • Going through a difficult or uncertain season of life

  • Experiencing anxiety, grief, or loss

  • Managing changes in your relationships or family

  • Questioning your sense of purpose or identity

  • Struggling with guilt, forgiveness, or self-worth

  • Experiencing a conflict between your beliefs, emotions, and experiences

  • Wanting to explore how your faith can support you through a challenging time

Therapy can provide a space to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing, while also ensuring the values that are important to you are prioritized. As a Christian therapist, I offer compassionate, evidence-based individual and couples therapy, with the option of thoughtfully integrating faith into our work.

A supportive, non-judgmental space

My approach to therapy is collaborative and respectful. There is no expectation that you will have all the answers. My goal is to understand what you’re experiencing and work with you towards the changes that matter to you. If you would like faith to be part of that process, we can make space for it in a way that feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

Your beliefs and values are always respected, and incorporating faith into therapy is only an option if it’s meaningful to you.
