Couples Therapy

I’m Sheila, a Registered Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting people through different stages of life.

Over the years, I’ve learned how often life doesn’t turn out like we planned. Relationships can become difficult and life can bring unexpected challenges. Experiences from the past may continue to impact how we’re feeling in the present.

I work together with you to help understand what you’re experiencing and find ways to move forward. I work with adults and couples at all stages of life, with a particular focus on midlife and later years.

You can learn more about my background and my experience here.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own

I offer a free, 15-minute consultation where we can talk briefly about what you’re looking for and see if working together might be a good fit.

In-person sessions available in Georgetown, Ontario. Secure, virtual sessions available across Ontario.

Sometimes you know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start. Individual therapy provides a space to understand what you’re experiencing and work to resolve challenges that can feel difficult to manage on your own.

When you’re having the same problems over & over, it can be difficult to know how to fix things. I help couples understand their patterns, communicate differently, and make thoughtful decisions about their relationship.
