Individual Therapy

In individual sessions, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s behind your feelings. We’ll work to understand your emotions and develop practical skills for feeling more in control of your mental health.

I offer support support for a range of concerns, including:

  • depression, anxiety, and low motivation

  • trauma and complex trauma

  • grief and bereavement - including anticipatory grief

  • caregiver burnout

  • managing health concerns, chronic illness, the navigating the impacts of medical diagnoses

  • navigating the challenges of aging

Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped to move forward with calm and confidence.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is a supportive space to help you and your partner feel more connected, understood, and valued. Whether you are navigating ongoing conflict, communication challenges, or feeling emotionally distant, therapy can help you move towards greater closeness and security in your relationship.

Many relationships experience challenges at some point. It can be helpful to find support in improving communication, managing major life transitions together, or finding ways to overcome issues that threaten your connection with each other. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space to rebuild trust, deepen understanding, and strengthen your attachment to each other.

I am experienced at supporting refugee claimants at all stages of the asylum claim process and am registered with the Interim Federal Health Plan (IFHP). Please contact me for more information.
